Reply to your Polar receipt email, or write to , with your domain name. We may ask what your DNS host shows so we can help you fix it first; if it still does not pass, you get your money back.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Polar and can take a few days to appear. Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected.
