Email Fix Pack is a digital product: a set of DNS records and step-by-step instructions generated from your domain's live public DNS, shown on screen right after payment. The link you receive can be reopened at any time and regenerates the pack from live DNS.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Polar handles payment, tax and your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's own terms.
You make the DNS changes yourself, in your own DNS host. We never ask for your passwords. DNS changes can take time to spread, and you are responsible for checking that the records suit the services you send email from.
If SPF and DMARC do not pass after you follow the pack, you can get a full refund within 30 days. See the refund policy.
The pack is guidance based on what is visible in public DNS. We cannot guarantee inbox placement, which also depends on your content and sending reputation. Nothing here is legal advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
